QA Onboarding Process

If you decide to move forward, here’s what you can expect from the Mindful QA onboarding process.

Step 1: Autograph time.

QA Onboarding Process Contract (contract icon with pen signing at bottom) Even after you sign a contract, you’re under absolutely no obligation to hire us for a single hour of QA testing! Having a contract in place just enables us to hit the ground running the moment you need testing to start. If you do use our QA testing services, we don’t require any long-term contracts. All of our testing is on-demand, so you can stick to what you need. (We’re also happy to sign an NDA if you’d like.)

Step 2: When you’re ready, we are too.

If you don’t need QA onboarding for another six months, we’ll be here when you do.   When you let us know what you want tested, we’ll give you a straightforward list of everything we’ll need to get started. For example, test credentials, staging URLs for website testing, or TestFlight access for mobile app builds.

Step 3: Let the testing begin!

And since everyone at Mindful QA is located in America, you won’t have to worry about offshore time zone issues.   We’ll start testing in whatever way works best for you, whether that means joining your team’s daily standup calls and Jira + Slack, or testing independently and providing you a detailed spreadsheet of bug reports.

Once the QA onboarding process is complete, you can come and go as you please. Whether you need a full-time QA tester for the foreseeable future or just 20 hours every few months, you’ll never get billed for hours you don’t use.

Are all of your staff located in America?

Yes! 100% of our staff — from management to testers — are located in the USA. Our headquarters are in Los Angeles, and we have software testers in every American time zone.

How experienced are your testers?

All of our testers have years of experience testing websites and mobile apps. As far as we know, we’re the only software testing company consisting solely of highly experienced American testers.

If you’re looking for offshore software testing services, we’d still be happy to refer you to the best option for your budget.

Do you require long-term contracts?

Nope! Our software testing minimum is only 20 hours. After that, whether you never need QA services again or only want 10 hours of testing here and there, you have total flexibility.
